What is gold vermeil? Does it wear off?
Gold vermeil is a French word that means “as good as gold.” Gold vermeil is gold plating over sterling silver, which is the highest level of quality other than solid gold. We guarantee that our gold will not wear off; otherwise we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
How do threader earrings stay on?
With all threader earring purchases we provide complimentary hypoallergenic, surgical silicon O-stop backs. To keep your threader earring in place slide the O-stop onto the bottom of the earring post or slide further onto the chain at the length you want your threader earrings to rest. The o-stop backs will keep your threader earrings secure. Many people wear our threader earrings without backs. However, some people do need backs. For example, if you have stretched your ear piercings over time by wearing heavy earrings it is helpful to wear backs.
Is your Silver jewelry Sterling Silver?
All of our earrings and necklaces are Sterling Silver. Some of the charms are silver plated to keep both the weight and cost down for some of our larger charms. However, anything that enters the skin such as earrings will always be Sterling Silver.
How do I know whether the Swarovski crystals are genuine?
We are registered with Swarovski in their Crystallized with Swarovski Elements program. Our registration number is on file with Swarovski as an authorized designer using only genuine Swarovski crystals from the Swarovski factory in Austria.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. You may order with confidence knowing that our site is tested regularly to ensure the maximum level of security. If you are still uncomfortable using a credit card online we also accept cashier’s checks.
How can I make sure I’ll be happy with my purchase, what if I want to return something?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. Satisfaction with your purchases is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us at info@debrashepard.com within 7-days of receiving your order. We will provide you a return authorization code and assist you with your choice of exchange or a full refund.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. All of the information we obtain from you is used to improve our products and services. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose any information about you or your account to any other party for direct mail, solicitation, or telemarketing purposes.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are only obligated to charge state sales tax if you are a resident of Colorado.
Is gift packaging available?
Yes. All orders are packaged in gift pouches with the Debra Shepard designer logo. If you require additional packaging, simply add a note in the special instructions section to gift wrap and we will do so at no additional charge.
Where do you ship from?
Rather than utilizing a third party fulfillment center, we ship directly from our main office in Boulder, Colorado to ensure the highest level of service and quality control.
How do I track my order?
